First Week: So Far, So Good

First of all, thanks to KillerStartups.com for putting AgentOvation on the site. A lot of people have been checking us out and we've had a few people sign up for the service and some for the mailing list as well.

I've discovered a few things that I need to fix and there are some features that need to be added as well. The two top priorities here are:

1. More Designs: I've got to get a few more design options available for new users. I have some PhotoShop files that have the designs in them. Now it's a matter of slicing them up and coding them out, which can be a loop of endless tweaking, occasionally resulting in hair loss.
2. More Listing Options: Currently when it comes to property listings, it's MLS or nothing. That's going to change very soon. I've had one person sign up from West Africa and they don't have MLS services there, apparently. In addition, I want to make this useful for more than just Realtors with access to MLS listings. So, in the next few weeks AgentOvation will have a property listing management system in place so that anyone can have an AgentOvation web site and put up property listings. This will work for real estate agents, real estate investors and even property managers.

This will likely all roll out in one update, so I'll send out an email when it's ready. Sign up for the mailing list (top of the page, just your email address and I'll never spam you!) to get updates.

Also, I'm working on taking on a partner that will help with AgentOvation as well as other adventures in real estate web sites. There will be more details to follow when we get everything worked out. The partner has great experience in running tech businesses and in web design as well, so you can look forward to some great things happening here and on other sites we'll be launching in the future.
