Here are a few screenshots from AgentOvation. There are still features to be added, but I'll keep these screenshots updated as I get things finished. Click the thumbnail to open the full sized image in a new window.
AgentOvation Home Page - Listing Search
The home page also serves as the listing search page. The reason for this is simple: at least 90% of your users are going to go straight for the MLS search anyway, so give them what they want up front. Other information can be provided in a way that's easy to access (tabs across the top and in the future, a pages menu on the right).Save Listing - User Not Logged In
Notice that clicking the "Hide Search" tab collapses the search box, giving the user more room to work while browsing listings. When a user is not logged in and they click the "Save Listing" button, the form expands to display Login and Register tabs and a comments box. This allows users to easily login or register for your site without losing their place. AgentOvation uses current technologies to validate a user's login or registration information before submitting the page. Again, this allows the user to perform all the necessary actions to save a listing to their favorites without losing their place.
Here's how it looks if a user chooses the Register tab:
Note: If a user is registered and logged in, the Login/Register box will not appear. All they will see is the "Your Comments" box. The "Your Comments" box is optional, but will help users to remember what they liked about the property.
Listing Saved Successfully
After a listing is saved, the "Save Listing" link becomes "Listing Saved". (Other listings in the user's favorites will say "Your Listing".) Clicking the link will display the user's comments for that listing.Note that when a user saves a listing or requests a showing, they are always returned to the search they had previously performed. This further adds to the ease of use of AgentOvation for searching and saving properties.
Request a Showing - User Not Logged In
AgentOvation allows users to request a showing of any property. When a user requests a showing, the property is saved to their favorites and you are sent an email message that notifies you of the user's request. You can then reply directly via email or you can login to the admin interface to respond from their. (All messages you receive on the site are emailed to you and stored in the database for future access.)If the user is not logged in, the Login/Register tab will be displayed. All data validation is done in place, keeping the user where they are until it's time to actually request the showing.
The Request Showing functionality requires the user to enter their phone number. This phone number will be saved to their profile and will pre-populate in other Request Showing boxes. The phone number is required so that you can call the user to confirm your appointment.
User Logged In - Home Page with My Listings
Once a user has logged in, they will see the "My Listings" box on the right hand side of the page, just under the search box. This will show them all listings they have saved and all listings they have requested showings for. They can delete listings or cancel showings. (Cancelled showings will result in an email being sent to you immediately.)Contact Me Page
AgentOvation has a built in web contact form that allows visitors to your website to send you an email. It includes a filter that blocks spam messages from getting through and it gathers user information including their name, phone number and email address so that you can follow up.All messages sent to you through this form will be saved to your Admin Inbox and emailed to you immediately so that you can respond quickly.
